How do I contact the store?

Wish and the stores on the Wish platform are always looking to give you thorough, informative answers to the questions you may have about the products sold on Wish. If for any reason you need to contact Wish or one of Wish's stores, you can do so by following the instructions below: 

On Mobile

  1. Navigate to your Order History page.
  2. Find your transaction on this page.
  3. Tap on the big blue "Contact Support" button.
  4. Select the most appropriate label.
  5. Describe your issue and tap “Ask Question.”




On Web

  1. While logged in, go to your Order History page: https://www.wish.com/transaction
  2. Find the item you're looking to contact the store about. 
  3. Click "Contact Support," located under the item's name. 
  4. Select the more relevant topic. 
  5. Describe your issue and click "Ask Question." 
This will open a support question with the store. If they are unable to respond within 1-2 days, the Wish Support Team will step in to resolve your issue.

    I have an IPad 2 and when I click the Contact Support button shown below each item it shows that it's trying to load but never move past the loading icon.

    What if you want to contact the store PRIOR to purchasing to ask a question about the product?
