How do I contact my customer?

For all communication between you and the customer, you can open up a support ticket on the Wish Merchant Dashboard. Support tickets keeps a record of all ongoing and resolved tickets for you, and they are searchable by ticket or transaction ID. When you communicate through a support ticket with the customer, the Wish Customer Satisfaction Team will also be available to assist you and the customer if needed.

We ask our merchants to respect the privacy of our customers and to avoid asking for their email addresses, emailing them, or calling them. Wish surfaces the customer's phone number to the merchant for delivery purposes only, and this number should only be used by the delivery person in the case of an unsuccessful delivery.
