How can I change my account information?

Under Account > Settings, you can view, add, and edit information about your store and your store policies including: general information, display settings, shipping settings, username, password, and email.

General Information: Here you can view your username and email and edit your name.

Display Settings: Here you can change the image that is displayed when users see your store.

Shipping Settings:  Here you can view and update your shipping settings.

Refund Policy:  Here you can view and update your store's refund policy. If you don't update this policy, your store's refund policy will be Wish's default refund policy.

Change Username:  Here you can change your username.

Change Password:  Here you can change your password. Contact your BD rep if you have trouble with this.

Change Email:  Here you can change the email address associated with your merchant account. This email address is the email that Wish sends all notifications and invoices to, so make sure it's one you check frequently.
