My package is late. What do I do?

We sincerely apologize for any delay in your shipment and thank you for your patience. Please support directly by following these instructions so we can help you resolve this issue:

On Mobile

  1. Navigate to your Order History page.
  2. Find your transaction on this page.
  3. Tap on the big blue "Contact Support" button.
  4. Select the certain items you are inquiring about.
  5. Select the topic "Shipping Status or ETA."
  6. Describe your issue/query and tap “Ask Question.”

On Web

  1. While logged in, go to your Order History page: https://www.wish.com/transaction
  2. Find the item you're looking to contact support about. 
  3. Click on "Contact Support," under the item's name. 
  4. Select the most relevant topic. 
  5. Describe your issue and click "Ask Question. 
This will open a support question with our support team. We should respond within 1-2 days.
