How do I request a refund?

We want you to be entirely satisfied with your order on Wish. We're sorry that your shopping experience on Wish did not meet your standards. If you need to request a refund for any reason, please contact our support team directly: 

On Mobile

  1. Navigate to your Order History page.
  2. Find your transaction on this page.
  3. Tap on the big blue "Request Refund" button.
  4. Describe your issue and tap “Ask Question.”

On Web

  1. While logged in, go to your transaction history page:
  2. Find the item you're looking to contact support about.
  3. Click "Contact Support," located under the item's name.
  4. Select the topic "Request Refund."
  5. Describe your issue and click “Ask Question.”
This will open a support question with our customer service team. We should be able to respond within 1-2 days.
