- Describe your issue and tap “Ask Question.”
- While logged in, go to your transaction history page: http://www.wish.com/transaction
- Find the item you're looking to contact support about.
- Click "Contact Support," located under the item's name.
- Select the topic "Request Refund."
- Describe your issue and click “Ask Question.”
This will open a support question with our customer service team. We should be able to respond within 1-2 days.
