What should I do if I received the wrong product?

We want you to love the products you receive from Wish. We are very sorry that your order did not meet your expectations. If you received the wrong product or the product you received was not as described, you can contact our support team directly from your Order History page to resolve the issue:

On Mobile

  1. Go to your Order History page. 
  2. Click on the "Contact Support" button below the item that was incorrect. 
  3. Select the topic "Received Damaged or Wrong Item."
  4. Describe your issue and tap “Ask Question.”




On Web

  1. While logged in, go to your transaction history page: https://www.wish.com/transaction
  2. Find the item you want to return or exchange. 
  3. Click "Contact Support," located under the item's name. 
  4. Choose the topic "Received Wrong of Damaged Item." 
  5. Describe your issue. 
  6. Click "Ask Question." 


This will open a support question with the our customer service team. We should be able to respond within 1-2 days.
