How do I return or exchange a product?

We want you to be entirely satisfied with the products you purchase on Wish. To return or exchange a product, please open a support question with our customer service team by following these instructions:

On Mobile

  1. Navigate to your Order History page.
  2. Find your transaction on this page.
  3. Tap on the big blue "Contact Support" button.
  4. Choose the topic "Return or Exchange." 
  5. Describe your issue and tap “Ask Question.”




On Web

  1. While logged in, go to your Order History page: https://www.wish.com/transaction
  2. Find the item you want to return or exchange. 
  3. Click "Contact Support," located under the item's name. 
  4. Choose the topic "Return or Exchange." 
  5. Describe your issue. 
  6. Click "Ask Question." 
This will open a support question with our customer service team. We should be able to respond within 1-2 days.
