How do I get help with my order?

Wish and the stores on Wish are always looking to give you thorough, informative answers to the questions you may have about the products sold on Wish. If for any reason you need to contact Wish or one of Wish's stores, you can do so by following the instructions below: 

On Mobile

  1. Navigate to your Order History page.
  2. Find your transaction on this page.
  3. Tap on the big blue "Contact Support" button.
  4. Select the most appropriate topic.
  5. Describe your issue and tap “Ask Question.”




On Web

  1. While logged in, go to your Order History page: https://www.wish.com/transaction
  2. Find the item you're looking to contact support about.
  3. Click "Contact Support," located under the item's name.
  4. Select the most relevant topic. 
  5. Describe your issue.
  6. Click "Ask Question." 

This will open a support question with our support team. We should be able to respond within 1-2 days
