How do I cancel an order?

If you have to cancel your order, you can do so from your Order History page. You can cancel any items that haven't been shipped yet by clicking "Cancel Order" under each item you want you cancel. Otherwise, please contact our support team directly:


On Mobile

  1. Navigate to your Order History page:
  2. Find your transaction on this page.
  3. Tap on the big blue "Request a Refund" button.
  4. Describe your issue and tap “Ask Question.”





On Web

  1. While logged in, go to your transaction history page: https://www.wish.com/transaction
  2. Find the item you're looking to contact support about. 
  3. Click "Contact Support," under the item's name. 
  4. Choose the topic "Request a Refund" 
  5. Describe your issue. 
  6. Click "Ask Question." 
This will open a support question with our support team. We should be able to respond within 1-2 days.
