Once you've listed products on Wish, you're ready to start getting orders! Here's a few things you should know.
- Wish will send you daily emails letting you know how many orders you have that need to be fulfilled. These orders will show up on the Merchant Dashboard under Orders > Action Required.
- We ask that you ship orders within 7 days of the transaction date.
- Customers can cancel orders up to 3 days after order is placed. We will notify you of this via email and also under Alerts on the Merchant Dashboard. Please do not ship any order after it has been cancelled. If you have shipped the order prior to the order being cancelled, Wish will compensate you.
- To protect you, orders that our system deems fraudulent will not show up on the Merchant Dashboard.
