What is Wish's Late Fulfillment Policy?

Quick fulfillment is very important to Wish and to customer satisfaction. Wish depends on merchants shipping their orders correctly and promptly. While the majority of Wish merchants fulfill their orders in a timely manner, we want to disincentivize late fulfillment.

Late Fulfillment Policy

If the confirmed fulfillment date was 12 days or more after purchase, the merchant is responsible for 100% of the refunds of that order.

Confirmed Fulfillment Date:

This is the date of the first checkpoint on the tracking page which confirms the item is in transit.

Example

Good Fulfillment Example:
- Nov. 1 2014: Order A placed
 - Nov. 2 2014: Merchant marks the order shipped
- Nov. 3 2014: Tracking information confirms Order A is "In Transit"
 - Nov. 30 2014: User is given refund
 - Result: Refund responsibility is unchanged from before

Bad Fulfillment Example:
- Nov. 1 2014: Order A placed
 - Nov. 2 2014: Merchant marks the order shipped
- Nov. 14 2014: Tracking information confirms Order A is "In Transit"
 - Nov. 20 2014: User is given refund
 - Result: Merchant will not be paid for this order regardless of the reason for the refund.
