Why did I receive an order for a certain size for my one-size-only product?

In order to eliminate customer confusion, Wish has automatically included size options for all fashion products that are not already listed as one size. Allowing the customer to select their size at the point of sale will increase sales and alleviate any concerns that customers may have about the sizing of the product.

If you have received an order for a certain size but your product is actually one size only, you can do the following:

  1. Fulfill the order as usual with the product they requested.
  2. Add the phrase "one size" to your product title.

You can find more information on how to edit your product title on our knowledge base. You may also want to add more sizing information (such as the measurements of the one-size product) to the product's description.
